New Delhi, Feb 28 (IANS) The government would support an exhibition showcasing Parsi civilisation and culture, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley announced here Saturday.
"To showcase civilisation and culture of the Parsis, the government will support, in 2015-16, an exhibition, 'The Everlasting Flame'," Jaitley said while presenting the union budget 2015-16 in the Lok Sabha here.
He also said that the allocation for the ministry of minority affairs was being protected. "The budget estimate for the year 2015-16 is Rs.3,738 crore."
