14 states, 85 districts and 6200 KM... Congress will take out 'Bharat Nyaya Yatra' from Manipur to Mumbai, read the complete plan.

After the Bharat Jodo Yatra, the Congress Party is now going to take out Bharat Nyay Yatra under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. This yatra will be taken out from Manipur to Mumbai between 14 January and 20 March.

 

The journey will cover 14 states

Information was given by Congress that in this yatra too, Rahul Gandhi will talk to youth, women and marginalized people like Bharat Jodo Yatra.

 

The journey will cover a distance of 6,200 kilometers

Speaking at a press conference in Delhi, organizing secretary KC Venugopal said, "The Bharat Nyay Yatra will start from Manipur to Mumbai from January 14 to March 20. Now Rahul Gandhi is traveling with the great experience of the first Bharat Jodo Yatra. He Will travel with youth, women, and marginalized people. The yatra will cover a distance of 6,200 kilometers. This time the yatra will be undertaken by bus and the leaders are expected to walk parts of the route."

 

Kharge will flag off the journey

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharege will flag off the yatra which will pass through 14 states and 85 districts. This visit is taking place at a time when the campaign for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections is also expected to intensify. Some of the states through which the yatra is expected to pass are currently ruled by parties that are part of the Bharat alliance and it remains to be seen whether these parties join the Congress yatra.

 

Bharat Jodo Yatra passed through 12 states

Earlier, the Bharat Jodo Yatra, which began under the leadership of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi in Kanyakumari on September 7, 2022, will end on January 30, 2023, after covering 3,970 km, 12 states and two union territories and lasting over 130 days. Ended in Srinagar.

 

In the first phase of the journey, Gandhiji walked about 4,000 kilometers from Kanyakumari to Kashmir. The impact of Rahul Gandhi's visit was seen during the elections in Karnataka and Himachal Pradesh, as the Congress recorded a sharp increase in strike rate and vote share. The yatra covered 511 km in 22 days between Gundlupet constituency and Raichur Rural constituency in Karnataka.
