Earthquake News: Earth trembled twice in Nepal, magnitudes 4.7 and 5.3 on the Richter scale

Earthquake tremors have been felt in Nepal and Uttarakhand of India. According to the news agency ANI, two earthquakes of magnitude 4.7 and 5.3 were felt in Baglung, Nepal at 1 and 2 pm local time. However, there is no report of any loss of life or property during the tremors of these earthquakes.

 

According to Nepal's National Earthquake Monitoring and Research Center (NEMRC), two earthquakes of magnitude 4.7 and 5.3 hit Nepal's Baglung district in the early hours of Wednesday. According to information received from the Centre, an earthquake of magnitude 4.7 occurred at 01:23 (local time) near Adhikari Chaura in the Baglung district.

 

Earthquake tremors were felt in Uttarkashi as well

Tell that earthquake tremors have also been felt in Uttarakhand of India. An earthquake of magnitude 3.1 occurred in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand at 2:19 am. However, no loss of life or property has been reported so far.

 

Earthquake in Andaman and Nicobar Islands

Let us tell you that on December 27, earthquake tremors were felt in Andaman and Nicobar islands. A 4.0 magnitude earthquake struck the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
