How will the implementation of the new labor law affect your pocket?
According to the new labor code, the total salary of the employee should be 50% or more of the basic salary. If this happens then your PF contribution will increase. This will result in huge savings for the employees. At the same time, in hand salary will be reduced. However, after the implementation of the new labor code, the pension amount will also increase.
