In this, Jammu and Kashmir of India have been shown as Pakistan and Arunachal Pradesh as part of China. The Government of India has objected to the WHO on this matter and has also stated in Parliament. Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan said that we raised this issue with WHO and expressed our objection.
However, WHO has issued a disclaimer on India's objection. V Muraleedharan, Minister of State for External Affairs, in a written reply to a question in the Rajya Sabha, said, "The issue of the incorrect depiction of the map of India on the WHO website has been vigorously taken up with the WHO. In response, the WHO referred India's Permanent Mission to Geneva. Informed that they have put a disclaimer on the portal."
