Investigating officer DIG Santosh Kumar in his report has held Manish Dubey guilty of conspiring to kill the husband of the woman PCS officer.
Based on this, DG Home Guard BK Maurya has recommended the suspension of the commandant and departmental inquiry to the government. It is expected that the commandant will be suspended on the recommendation of the headquarters in a day or two. On the other hand, in the matter of misuse of the guest house, the DG said that this episode has just come to the notice, it is being investigated for what purpose he stayed in the guest house.
