Prime Minister Narendra Modi released an audio message on X (formerly Twitter) ahead of the consecration of the Ram Mandir. He said, 'Only 11 days are left for the consecration of Ramlalla in Ayodhya. I am fortunate that I will also be a witness to this auspicious occasion. The Lord has made me an instrument to represent all the people of India during the consecration of life. Keeping this in mind, I am starting a special ritual of 11 days from today. I am seeking blessings from all of you, the public. At this moment, it is very difficult to express my feelings in words, but I have tried from my side.
The video started with PM Modi chanting 'Siyavar Ramchandra ki Jai' and 'Ram-Ram'. He said, 'Some moments of life turn into reality only because of divine blessings. Today is such a sacred occasion for all of us Indians and for the devotees of Ram spread all over the world. There is a wonderful atmosphere of devotion to Lord Shri Ram everywhere. There is noise in the name of Ram in all directions. The amazing beauty of Ram bhajans is the melody. Everyone is waiting for 22nd January. Of that historic sacred moment.
He said, 'Now only 11 days are left for the consecration of Ramlalla in Ayodhya. I am fortunate that I am also getting the opportunity to witness this auspicious occasion. This is a time of unimaginable experiences for me. I am emotional. I am overwhelmed with emotions. I am going through such emotions for the first time in my life. I am experiencing a different feeling of devotion. This emotional journey of my inner self is not an expression but an opportunity for experience for me. Even if I try, I am not able to put into words its depth, intensity, and comprehensiveness.
PM Modi further said, 'You can also understand my position. I have had the privilege of being present at the fulfillment of the dream that many generations have lived in their hearts like a resolution for years. God has made me an instrument to represent all Indians.
He said, 'This is a huge responsibility. As it is also said in our scriptures, we have to awaken divine consciousness in ourselves to perform Yagya and worship God. For this, fasts and strict rules have been prescribed in the scriptures, which have to be followed before consecration. Therefore, according to the guidance I received from some ascetic souls and great men of spiritual journey and the Yama Niyamas suggested by them, I am starting a special ritual 11 days from today. On this holy occasion, I pray at the feet of God. I remember the sages, sages, and ascetics. I pray to Janata-Jarnadan, who is the form of Ivar, that you bless me so that there is no lack from my side in mind, words, and deeds.
PM Modi said, 'I am fortunate that I am starting my 11-day ritual from Nashik Dham-Panchavati. Panchvati is the holy place where Lord Shri Ram spent a lot of time and today is a happy coincidence for me that today is the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. It was Swami Vivekananda who shook the soul of India which had been under attack for thousands of years. Today, the same confidence is visible to everyone as our identity in the form of a grand Ram temple.
He said, 'Look at the icing on the cake, today is also the birth anniversary of Mata Jijabai. Mother Jija Bai, gave birth to a great man in the form of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Maja Jijabai has a huge contribution in the intact form in which we are seeing our India today and friends, when I am remembering the virtues of Mata Jijabai, it is natural for me to remember my mother. My mother used to chant the name of Sitaram while chanting the rosary till the end of her life.
