Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) will facilitate people wishing to travel from Noida and Ghaziabad from Indira Gandhi Airport (Delhi Airport). But he will charge more for the passengers. UPSRTC taxi will charge 10 to 12 thousand rupees for passengers coming from Delhi Airport to Noida and Ghaziabad. This fare is of 250 km range. If the journey is longer then it will take more money.
According to the report of Hindustan Times, where people are stranded at different places due to another corona virus outbreak and are struggling to reach home, the minimum fare to book a taxi of UPSRTC is 10 thousand rupees (Sidan) And has kept 12000 thousand rupees (SUV). Apart from this, UPSRTC has also prescribed service of buses, in which without AC bus the minimum will be Rs 1000 per seat and AC bus will be 1320 per seat. The fare here is set at a distance of up to 100 km.
UPSRTC Managing Director Raj Shekhar issued a letter to the regional managers of the corporation in Noida and Ghaziabad on 9 May. It was stated in this letter that Vande would facilitate the travel of the residents brought back from abroad under the Mission of India. This facility will be provided from Delhi Airport to Noida and Ghaziabad and other adjoining areas. The corporation will provide buses and taxis at the airport. The letter states that people who will be cleared by the Delhi government to travel and have no symptoms of Covid-19 can avail this service.
The letter said that to maintain social distancing, a maximum of 26 people would be accommodated in buses. Currently all those brought back from abroad are kept in quarantine for 14 days in Delhi. Once the quarantine period is over, the Transport Department will provide this facility for their travel to Noida, Ghaziabad and other cities.
