The State Meteorological Center has forecast heavy rain, hailstorm and thunderstorm at a speed of 45-55 kmph in the next 24 hours in Dehradun, Haridwar, Nainital and Udhamsingh Nagar. Snowfall may occur in areas with an altitude of more than 25 hundred meters.
