Bagchi said that Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will participate from India's side in this meeting.

This tour is taking place when the first consignment of Air Defense System S-400 will reach India by the end of this year. This will be Vladimir Putin's second foreign trip in 2021.
