The Vodafone Idea company says that the customer service teams are providing this information to the users. If seen, the company has taken this decision after the rebuke of Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI).
According to a report by ET Telecom, details of the recharge process have been given under my Vodafone app and my Idea app. At the same time, Vodafone prepaid users can recharge from Idea retail stores and Idea prepaid users can recharge from Vodafone retail stores. Let us tell you that the service feature that the company has introduced for phone users is also easy for users to use. All they need is an SMS or a missed call. This will easily recharge them.
ICICI Bank: For this, 2G feature phone users will have to message 9222208888. For this, they have to send the MTOPUP IDEA / VODAFONE 10 digit number by writing the recharge amount to the last 6 digits of the bank account.
Axis Bank: User has to message on 9717000002/5676782 number. For this, they have to send MOBILE 10 digit number Idea / Vodafone recharge amount by writing the last 6 digits of the bank account.
Kotak Bank: The user has to message 9971056767/5676788. For this, they have to send the REC 10 digit number VODAFONE / IDEA recharge amount by writing the last 4 digits of the bank account.
IndusInd Bank: User has to message on number 9212299955. For this, they have to send the MOB 10 digit number VODAFONE / IDEA recharge amount by writing the last 4 digits of the debit card.
