A source working at Apple's supplier Foxconn's plant in Zhenzhou, China has informed the media about this. A person with knowledge of the matter has said that the process of achieving production targets at the Apple plant has suffered a setback due to the shutdown of these workers. The company had targeted to resume full production by November, but workers' unrest has affected production at the world's largest iPhone factory.

Tension was being seen at the Apple plant in Zhengzhou, China, since October. Discontent among the workers was increasing since the lockout started due to Corona restrictions.
