Arvind Kejriwal will not go to the ED office even today, CM said these things in a letter to the investigating agency

New Delhi. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal will not appear before the Enforcement Directorate even today. He has written a letter to the investigating agency and termed the notice illegal. He wrote- I am ready to cooperate in the ED investigation, but the agency's notice is illegal. They intend to arrest Arvind Kejriwal. They want to stop him from campaigning.

 

AAP has raised questions on the ED notice. The party asked why has the notice been issued just before the elections. This notice is a conspiracy to stop him from campaigning. The investigating agency wants to arrest CM Kejriwal. This notice is illegal.

 

Let us tell you, that ED had sent summons to the CM for the third time. Earlier, he had not appeared before the investigating agency in two summonses. He was last called for questioning on December 21, but then he had left for Vipassana. At the same time, regarding today's inquiry, the party said that it will decide on it as per the law.

 

Congress leader Udit Raj's reaction to ED summons

Congress leader Udit Raj has given his reaction on Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal not attending the ED summons today. He said- ED is raiding the associates of Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren. Just before the elections, ED notices were sent to former Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel, and false allegations were made. Arvind Kejriwal is also a part of the opposition alliance. It is true that these agencies are not doing their work but are putting pressure on the opposition leaders.

 

AAP spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar had replied

AAP's chief national spokesperson Priyanka Kakkar said on Tuesday that AAP will take action as per the law on the ED (Enforcement Directorate) summons to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Kakkar was asked whether Kejriwal would appear before the ED for questioning. On this, he said that our legal team is working better to answer this question. We will act as per the law. It is not clear yet whether Chief Minister Kejriwal will appear before the ED this time too. However, sources say that there is a possibility that Kejriwal will not appear before the ED even today.

 

CBI has also interrogated

CBI and ED are also after Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the alleged Delhi liquor scam case. CBI had first called Kejriwal for questioning in April. Here he was interrogated for 9 hours. After April 16, ED called him for questioning on November 2, but he did not go. After this, he was also called on 2nd November, but he did not go. On December 21, ED again summoned him, but he did not appear before the agency. Now ED has asked him to appear again on January 3.
