On this day there is a special auspicious time for buying property in conjunction with Pushya Nakshatra.

In the 9 days of Chaitra Navratri, five Ravi Yogas, four Sarvarthasiddhis, one Amritsiddhi, and one Dwipushkar Yoga will be formed.
