A strange incident happened on the second and last day of the G-20 summit that ended on Wednesday in Bali, Indonesia. After the summit, Chinese President Xi Jinping and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau got into an argument in front of media cameras. In this case, the Canadian police had also arrested a citizen of his country working for a Chinese company. It is alleged that he used to deliver Canadian trade secrets to China.

Jinping and Trudeau met 3 years ago during the G-20 Summit in Osaka, Japan. Earlier in 2015, both leaders had met in Turkey. Even then there was the G-20 summit. Apart from this, Jinping-Trudeau held talks in 2016 and 2017 as well.
The tension in the relationship between China and Canada came in 2018. Then two officers of China's infamous Huawei Electronics Company were arrested by Canada on charges of espionage. In response, China put two Canadian citizens in jail on false charges.
The special thing is that Huawei Electronics and Technology was accused of espionage in many countries including America and it was banned in all countries including India. This angered China.
