CBI claims: Dhanbad judge was murdered, an auto driver deliberately hit

CBI has made a big claim in the death of Dhanbad judge Uttam Anand. The investigating agency told the Jharkhand High Court that Judge Uttam Anand had been murdered and that the auto driver had deliberately hit him. The CBI has given this information to the Jharkhand High Court after a detailed investigation and study of the forensic report. According to the information, CBI has engaged four different forensic teams from across the country to investigate the matter.

 

High Court was not satisfied in the last hearing

Let us tell you that in the last hearing, the Jharkhand High Court had expressed displeasure over the CBI report. The High Court had said that it was not satisfied with the CBI investigation. The speed of investigation has to be increased further. So far only two people have been arrested, many questions remain unresolved. After this, the CBI Joint Director has been produced on Thursday. Now again the Ranchi High Court has asked the CBI to submit the report next week.

 

 

Judge Uttam Anand died on July 28

It is noteworthy that on July 28, during the morning walk of Judge Uttam Anand, an auto was crushed by an auto, after which he died in the hospital. The murder angle was also revealed in the CCTV footage. The police were probing the case from the angle of murder. The government had also constituted an SIT for this, but the Supreme Court, taking suo moto cognizance, handed over the case to the CBI.
