The pace of corona seems to be slowing down in Uttar Pradesh. Corona cases have decreased continuously and till now more than five crore people have been tested for Covid in the state. Today the recovery rate of the state has gone up to 97.1 percent. There has been a decrease of about 93 percent in the number of active patients from the peak. The total number of active Covid patients in the state has come down to less than 30 thousand.

Corona is not completely over

Meanwhile, CM Yogi Adityanath has said that "we should keep making people aware continuously because the corona is not completely eradicated. We have controlled that to some extent. Don't let the crowd happen, get the people to follow the rules made by the government. With this, we will be able to control the third wave before it comes.

CM expressed displeasure

Recently, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had expressed displeasure over the negligence on the part of the people during the relaxation of the Corona curfew in most of the districts of the state. He had said that this concession does not mean the exemption of 'negligence'. A spokesman of the state government had told that the Chief Minister said in the Team-9 meeting that, "Exemption from corona curfew does not mean exemption from negligence. In many districts, people are not wearing masks, unnecessary crowding in markets, social distancing." Information like non-compliance has been received. This situation is not good for anyone." He had said that the cooperation of every citizen is necessary to win the fight against the corona epidemic.

New record of Covid investigation made

CM Yogi had said that "The police administration needs to increase activism. Also, make people aware, as well as patrolling, inspection and if needed, punitive action should also be taken. All the District Magistrates and Superintendents of Police should ensure that the orders issued by the government are strictly followed. He said that the police and local administration should be active from 6 p.m. to make the night-time arrest effective and there should be no crowd situation anywhere.

The Chief Minister of Yipi had said that "The state has made a new record of five crore Covid investigations. No other state has conducted so many tests. Keeping in view the importance of tracing-testing in the prevention of corona infection, Uttar Pradesh has adopted an aggressive policy from the beginning. This is the reason why the situation in the state is under control today." The CM had also said that the participation of people in the vaccination campaign of 18 years and above, which started in all 75 districts of the state from June 1, is encouraging.
