Cruise Drugs Party Case: Aryan's bail hearing continues in the sessions court, NCB said - Khan influential person, can tamper with evidence

Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan's bail application is being heard in the sessions court. Earlier NCB filed its reply in the Special NDPS Court. In this, NCB opposed Aryan's bail saying that the role of one of the accused cannot be separated from the other. There was no recovery from the accused (Aryan Khan), yet he is involved in this whole conspiracy.

 

NCB in its reply called Aryan an 'influential person'. It was told by NCB that he can tamper with the evidence. NCB said that it is clear that accused Achit Kumar and Shivraj Harijan supplied charas to accused Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant. Aryan and Arbaaz are related to each other.

 

The NCB further said that there is material in our records that shows that Aryan Khan was in contact with some people abroad who appear to be part of an international drug network for the illegal purchase of drugs. The investigation is still on.

 

Aryan's case is fighting the lawyer who acquitted Salman

 

Aryan is in judicial custody for 14 days in the cruise drugs party case. He is lodged in Arthur Road Jail. Shah Rukh has hired Amit Desai, a Mumbai-based lawyer, for Aryan. He will advocate this case along with Satish Manshinde. Let us tell you that in the year 2002, Desai had acquitted Salman Khan in the hit and run case. Earlier, Aryan's bail application has been rejected by the Metropolitan Magistrate Court i.e. Qila Court. In the Cruise Drugs Party case, NCB has arrested 20 people including Aryan, including two foreign nationals.

 

Aryan's role cannot be ignored: NCB

Opposing Aryan's bail, the NCB said that the role of one of the accused cannot be separated from the other. No recovery was made from the accused, yet he is involved in this entire conspiracy. Khan is accused of buying banned material. Banned material was found from Arbaaz. We are probing the matter related to overseas transactions.

The petition filed by Aryan Khan in the court said, "Without establishing the veracity or accuracy of the WhatsApp chat, the prosecution is relying solely on certain alleged WhatsApp chats to complicate him (Aryan) in the present proceedings." .' "Furthermore, there is nothing to suggest that these alleged chats have any connection with the (cruise drug case) case which is presently under investigation," the plea further said.

 

Aryan Bail Updates

 

Aryan's lawyer further said that after this Vikrant Bran was caught with cocaine. A charas-like substance allegedly was also recovered from the bran. They found 15 pink-colored pills from Ishmeet Singh - Ecstasy. Then they conducted another raid where money was allegedly kept for sale and purchase. Two more people, whose details matched those of the suspects, were intercepted by the NCB at the terminal. They were Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant.

 

Aryan's lawyer Amit Desai told the court that according to the Panchnama, the IO asked if he had drugs. He accepted that it was charas. Merchant admitted that he was consuming charas with Khan. On asking Khan, he also said that he has taken charas. The officers seized the drugs and sealed them.

 

Desai further said that at this time we are only concerned with bail. The whole incident begins on the afternoon of 2nd October when Aryan was invited to a party on the cruise ship. He was invited by a man who cannot be the organizer - Prateek Gabba... but he is not arrested.

 

Aryan went on a cruise with his friend Merchant. While he was checking in, he was stopped by the NCB. According to NCB, what happened is in the Panchnama. Let us now go according to what is written in the Panchnama. The NCB team then started questioning at the terminal and during this time they found two such people, whom they were looking for. He interrogates Vikrant and Ishmeet. NCB found some drugs with him. Just for the record, this item was MD, and that's 5 grams.

 

The NCB said the relevance of the CCTV footage will be decided at the time of trial and not at this initial juncture. The investigation is still in the initial stage. The investigation is still ongoing and is part of the investigation material. Such a demand would have a huge adverse impact on the ongoing investigation.

 

The NCB said that there is evidence of all the ingredients of the crime against the applicant (Aryan Khan) i.e. preparation, intention, effort, and commission. Therefore, the allegation of falsely implicating is not only wrong but also misleading. There is ample evidence in the form of WhatsApp chats to pictures.

 

The NCB further said that the Panchnama clearly shows that Khan and Merchant were apprehended on the international cruise Green Gate Mumbai. Hence it becomes necessary to investigate how the accused entered the cruise without the classic MV Empress card.

 

Amidst the hearing of Aryan Khan's bail plea, many fans have once again gathered to show their support in front of Shahrukh's bungalow Mannat.

 

The Narcotics Control Bureau handed over the copies of their reply of the lawyers concerned on the bail applications of Aryan Khan and other accused. Also, NCB has opposed the bail of Shahrukh's son Aryan and all the accused.
