Senior officers spoke to the victim's family. After which the family agreed to the last rites. The preparations for the last rites of the dead body had also started on Tuesday morning. But, after the police informed about the arrest of the people involved in the riot, the family refused to cremate the body. The situation worsened again. After four-and-a-half hours of honor, the family agreed to perform the last rites of the dead body.
SP Charu Nigam said that 35 named and about 200 to 250 unknowns have been prosecuted in the case of nuisance. Let us inform you that the name of the deceased's father Raju Dohra has also been included in the named accused, while the name of the family has been entered in the unknown.
The police have closed the market of Achhalda town of Auraiya as a precautionary measure. The police made an announcement and closed the shops. There is a curfew-like situation in the town. Barricading has also been done by the police at many places in the area.
DM met the relatives of the deceased student
Talking to the father of the deceased, DM Prakash Chandra Srivastava assured that out of the compensation of eight lakh rupees received in the case of SC-ST death, the compensation of six lakhs is being deposited in the account. Along with this, he assured to recommend housing and lease in the village.
The DM said that he would request the government for a government job for a family member. On the demand for an arms license, the father of the deceased refused that it was not his demand. The father of the deceased said that we do not want disturbance. Some miscreants have done this.
DM-SP's vehicles vandalized
After pelting stones, the miscreants set a police jeep and a Cheetah bike on fire. The miscreants ran for 500 meters while pelting stones at the police force. The vehicles of many officers including DM and SP were vandalized. Heavy police force reached the spot after vandalism and arson.
Teacher thrashed for writing wrong words
It is being told that the teacher had taken the test of the children in the class. In this, Dalit student Nikhit had blackened two boxes instead of one in the OMR seat and wrote social instead of social in social science. Angered by this, the teacher beat him with sticks, kicks, and punches so much that he fainted. He died on the 18th day of treatment.

He was fine in reading, but he misspelled a word on the test. Regarding the same thing, teacher Ashwini Singh grabbed my son by the hair and beat him with kicks and sticks so much that he fainted in the school itself.

The student's father said, "When we reached the school after learning about the son's unconsciousness, we were first threatened. When we protested, after the intervention of the principal, teacher Ashwani told him to get her treated in a private hospital in Etawah. There was an expenditure of about 40 thousand. Doctors told that the child had sustained multiple internal injuries. When the matter was not handled by the doctors of Etawah, two days ago the child was referred to Lucknow.
The student's father said, "When we gave this information to Ashwani Singh at his house, he got angry. He abused us. Say the word caste. We were thrown out of our house. We went to the police station again on Sunday. FIR was lodged there. We brought the child home. Seeing the situation, the police got our child admitted to Saifai for treatment. However, the matter was serious and my son Nikhit died on Monday morning due to the non-availability of timely treatment.
