The Kerala Police on Thursday registered a case against 400 people, including Church of South India (CSI) Bishop Dharmaraja Rasalam of South Kerala. Church sources said that some of the young priests had also questioned the timing of the program but had also kept silent due to warnings of disciplinary action by the authorities.
