Making films and reels of any kind of film songs is also completely forbidden. The Shri Ganga Sabha has warned of legal action against those who create and share such reels on social media. Following this, the priests expressed their displeasure. The police took cognizance of the matter and started an investigation.

In the video circulating on social media, two young men, claiming to be residents of Dubai, were seen roaming in the Har Ki Pauri area. After the video surfaced, the priests objected, stating that it was related to the religious sanctity of Haridwar. They said that such videos hurt religious sentiments and could spoil the atmosphere.

It is noteworthy that the Shri Ganga Sabha is currently deliberating on the management and sanctity of the ghats and major religious sites in Haridwar. Shri Ganga Sabha General Secretary Tanmay Vashishth said that the police administration has been informed about the video. He stated that such acts are being done to disrupt the peace. Secretary Ujjwal Pandit said that the entire incident has been reported to the police outpost. City Kotwali in-charge Ritesh Shah said that an investigation has been started, and the young men are being identified.
