New Delhi, March 12 (IANS) The Delhi High Court on Thursday declined to immediately revoke the ban on the telecast of controversial BBC documentary "India's Daughter" on the December 16, 2012, gang rape.
A division bench of Justice B.D. Ahmed and Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva posted the two public interest litigations (PILs) revocation of the ban on the documentary's telecast for March 18 before the bench headed by Chief Justice G. Rohini.
The bench refused to pass any interim order in the case, saying let the case come before the roaster bench of the Delhi High Court chief justice.
