In reply, Sri Lanka could only manage 191 runs for the loss of six wickets in their allotted overs. Captain Chamari Atapattu top-scored for them with 52 runs. For India, Arundhati Reddy and Vaishnavi Sharma took two wickets each, while Sri Charani claimed one wicket.
