Bihar cadre IPS Aditya Kumar made his friend a fake Chief Justice of the High Court to end the case related to the prohibition against him. This fake Chief Justice called DGP SK Singhal and asked him to end the case. That too not once 40 to 50 times. After the end of the case, the matter came to light with intelligence inputs.
In this case, the Economic Offenses Unit has registered a case against IPS Aditya Kumar along with his friend Abhishek Bhupalka alias Abhishek Agarwal and others. Aditya is absconding. Abhishek Agarwal, Gaurav Raj, Shubham Kumar, and Rahul Ranjan Jaiswal have been arrested.
During the interrogation, Abhishek spilled many secrets
During interrogation, Abhishek revealed many secrets. Abhishek told that he used to call the DGP as the Chief Justice to save an IPS officer. Sources told that dozens of mobiles along with nine SIM cards have also been found from the arrested Abhishek. When a forensic examination of the mobile was done, the allegations were proved. Even in strict interrogation, accused Abhishek Aggarwal confessed his crime. He had called the DGP to save an SSP. It has come to the fore in the investigation that Abhishek has already gone to jail.
Abhishek has gone to jail in 2018
Abhishek used to call different people different men and get the work done. Abhishek had called the officers many times even as the PA of the Home Minister. Abhishek has access to big leaders as well as many officials. In 2018, the police arrested Abhishek and sent him to Tihar Jail. Earlier in 2014, a superintendent of police in Bihar was also blackmailed. At that time a hefty amount was also recovered from the father of the Superintendent of Police. Apart from this, his name also came in the fraud of 2 lakh from another IPS officer.
Many cases of forgery are registered against Abhishek Agarwal in Bihar. A case is also registered against Abhishek in Bhagalpur. Let us tell you that Abhishek used to post photos on social media with big officials and politicians. So that its threat remains among the people. This time it had posed for fraud with a senior judge of the High Court and posted it in the WhatsApp DP so that it appears that it is a judge.
Abhishek has posted many such pictures on Facebook with big leaders and officers. To save the IPS officer, he used to call the DGP, he also got a clean chit. A case was registered against that IPS officer in a case of liquor at the police station. The Economic Offenses Unit has sent the accused Abhishek to jail in the fraud, fake name calling, and cyber case. Also, a case has been registered against that IPS officer based on the things that have come out in the interrogation.
SIM card and mobile phone recovered
On October 13, the matter was referred to the IOU for a high-level inquiry. Investigation revealed that IPS Aditya Kumar took the help of his friend Abhishek Aggarwal to end a case related to the prohibition on him. Abhishek was given a SIM card. He called the DGP and introduced himself as the Chief Justice and sought information on the case related to Aditya.
It is said that there is a constant conversation between the DGP and the caller from that number. After this, the case against Aditya also ended. The IOU raided Abhishek's whereabouts and the SIM card and mobile phone were recovered from which the DGP was said to be called.

In September, Aditya worked out the plan with his business friend Abhishek Agarwal. Under the conspiracy, a plan was made to call the DGP in the name of the Chief Justice. For this, SIM cards were taken in the name of Rahul Kumar, the staff of Gaurav Raj, who sells mobile SIMs in Patna City.
This SIM was taken in Rahul's name, but it was delivered to Mr. Gadget's owner Rahul Ranjan Jaiswal in Boring Road through his staff Shubham. Both Rahul Ranjan and Abhishek Jaiswal are reportedly said to be friends. After this, a new mobile phone was purchased and then the DGP was called from the same phone.
Talked to DGP 40 to 50 times
According to sources, about 40 to 50 conversations have come to the fore between the person who called the DGP the Chief Justice and the DGP. Calls were made from both sides. The serious thing was that someone kept calling the DGP a judge and the DGP also kept talking. Aditya has been booked under section 420 and IT Act.
What was the charge for IPS?
While SSP in Gaya, there were allegations of negligence in the matter related to the prohibition of liquor. Later he was removed from the post of Gaya SSP. A case was registered in Gaya's Fatehpur police station.
