जम्मू और कश्मीर सरकार ने शनिवार को जम्मू और सांबा जिलों के सभी प्राथमिक स्कूलों को तत्काल प्रभाव से 31 मार्च तक बंद करने का आदेश दिया क्योंकि केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों ने संभावित कोरोनावायरस संक्रमणों के लिए खुद को बंद कर लिया था।
“जम्मू और कश्मीर के जम्मू और सांबा जिलों में सभी प्राथमिक स्कूल 31 मार्च तक तत्काल प्रभाव से बंद कर दिए जाएंगे। जम्मू-कश्मीर में सभी बॉयोमीट्रिक उपस्थिति को 31 मार्च तक तुरंत निलंबित कर दिया जाएगा, ”सरकार ने एक बयान में कहा।
सरकार की घोषणा की जम्मू में चिंता के बीच जहां दो व्यक्तियों का वर्तमान में शहर के सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज और अस्पताल में संदिग्ध कोरोनावायरस के लिए परीक्षण चल रहा है।
दोनों को आइसोलेशन वार्ड में रखा गया है। ईरान और दक्षिण कोरिया की यात्रा करने वाले दो लोग बुधवार रात को अस्पताल से भाग गए थे और आरोप लगाया था कि अलगाव वार्डों में अपर्याप्त सुविधाएं थीं लेकिन गुरुवार को उन्हें वापस लाया गया।

दोनों व्यक्तियों के नमूने नई दिल्ली में नेशनल सेंटर फॉर डिजीज कंट्रोल (एनसीडीसी) को भेजे गए थे। सरकार ने जनता से भी अपील की है कि जहां भी संगरोध की सलाह दी जाए, वे उसका पूरा सहयोग करें।
श्री माता वैष्णो देवी श्राइन बोर्ड भी राज्य अलर्ट पर चला गया है और तीर्थयात्रियों की सुरक्षा के लिए कोरोनोवायरस के खिलाफ रोकथाम के उपाय किए गए हैं। अधिकारियों ने तीर्थ यात्रा मार्ग पर जागरूकता संदेशों के साथ झंडे लगाए हैं।
“कटरा शहर में बेस कैंप, यात्रा ट्रैक और तीर्थ क्षेत्र में सार्वजनिक पते प्रणालियों के माध्यम से घोषणाएं की जा रही हैं कि कोरोनोवायरस जैसे लक्षण वाले किसी व्यक्ति को बोर्ड द्वारा प्रबंधित कई औषधालयों में तुरंत चिकित्सा अधिकारियों से संपर्क करना चाहिए। हम जम्मू-कश्मीर सरकार द्वारा जारी किए गए हेल्पिंग नंबरों को भी साझा कर रहे हैं। हमने श्री माता वैष्णो देवी नारायण सुपर स्पेशियलिटी अस्पताल में व्यवस्था की है और अस्पताल में आइसोलेशन वार्ड बनाया गया है, ”रमेश कुमार, बोर्ड के मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (सीईओ) ने कहा।
