Swara Kokila, 92, had also developed pneumonia in November 2019. At that time she also had difficulty in breathing and was hospitalized for 28 days.
"Lata Mangeshkar, who was admitted to the hospital on Saturday night, is also suffering from pneumonia," Dr. Prateek Samdhani of Breach Candy Hospital told times. Prateek has been treating Lata Mangeshkar for the past few years. However, Dr. Prateek refused to give any further details.
