The central government has announced to extend the lockdown across the country by 31 May to prevent the spread of corona virus infection. This is the fourth stage of lockdown. For this, the Home Ministry has issued new guidelines. According to the guidelines issued by the ministry, what will be the status and nature of the lockdown, now the state will be able to decide. In such a situation, the responsibility of the state governments will also be there now. Today, the chief ministers of tax states including Rajasthan and Delhi will announce the status and appearance of Lockdown 4.0. States have been instructed to categorize the zones (containment, buffer, red) of their respective states as soon as possible.
It is not yet clear from the Chief Minister of Jharkhand and Bihar that when will come their instructions regarding Lockdown 4.0. It is believed that the relief given by the central government in lockdown-4 will not be implemented in Jharkhand under the current circumstances of the state. Government of Delhi and Rajasthan have said that today they will issue their guidelines. Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that we will follow the guidelines of the Center. We will get the list of Containment Zone and Non-maintenance Zone by Tuesday, after which we will issue the guidelines of Lockdown 4.0 for the state.
Take further action divided into zones as soon as possible
The Union Health Secretary has directed the states to divide their respective states into zones as soon as possible. In fact, under the new orders of the central government, now the state governments have been given exemption, they at their discretion divided the state into green, orange and red zones. Also, take action on the state boundaries and buffer zones as soon as possible.
After the release of Lockdown 4 guidelines by the Center, Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba interacted with the top officials of all the states of the country through video conferencing. During this, he requested the states to let the workers run special trains so that the migrant laborers could be sent to their original places. During this period, plans were made to discuss activities and operations of various works in Red, Orange and Green zones.

Under this, all domestic and international flight services will be banned till 31 May.
Also, metro rail service will be closed and night curfew will continue from 7 am to 7 am. It is mandatory to wear masks in all public places and offices.

Only domestic air ambulances in the country can be flown for security reasons only, or can be availed by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Schools, colleges and all types of educational institutions will remain closed till 31 May. Only online or distance learning will continue, which should be further encouraged.
All types of hotels, restaurants and other hospitality services will be closed all over the country, except those engaged in essential services or stranded elsewhere. The restaurant will be allowed to continue the kitchen for home delivery.
All cinema halls, shopping malls, gyms, swimming pools, entertainment parks, theaters, auditoriums, bars, assembly halls will remain closed. Opening of sports complex and stadium will be allowed but no visitors will be allowed in it.
All types of social, political, sports, entertainment, academic, cultural or religious programs will be banned.
All types of religious places will remain closed and religious gathering will be banned.
Inter-state passenger transport will start after mutual agreement between the two states.
The district administration will decide which areas will be red, orange, containment and buffer zones.
Only essential activities will be allowed in the Containment Zone. Except people engaged in essential services, movement of people from these zones will not be allowed.
All states and union territories have been asked to allow health services employees to move without any restriction.
