Voting for the seventh and last phase of the Lok Sabha elections has ended. All the people involved in the elections are resting. Since Sunday was a holiday, the government employees involved in the elections were also taking a sigh of relief in their respective homes.

 

At the same time, the atmosphere in the offices of political parties was different. The district office of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) is located on Samharanalaya Road. On Sunday, the election fever was being spent in an atmosphere of laughter and fun. There was also a good crowd of workers. Some were sitting on chairs and some on benches and talking.

District President Sheshnath Singh was also sitting and discussing with 10-12 senior party workers. People coming were being welcomed with boondi laddu made of jaggery and water. Some people had reached the office with their photographs and other documents to get the permission letter related to the counting of votes made.

 

The District President said that his candidate Sudhakar Singh spent time with the workers and discussed the elections. He has gone to his room to rest for some time. An atmosphere of enthusiasm was seen here.

Here, in the election office of BJP located at Kali Mandir on Bypass Road, workers were sitting and discussing among themselves. It was learned that party candidate Mithilesh Kumar Tiwari has gone to his residence cum office on Jaso Road afternoon. Here too, workers were busy adding and subtracting votes.

 

Some people were coming and going here and there to get their photos and papers photocopied. Then Pramod Mishra and Puneet Singh met. These people said that the party candidate was winning with a bumper vote. Here too, discussions about preparations for counting of votes were on people's tongues.

 

What did BSP say?

 

Meanwhile, in the office of Bahujan Samaj Party on Bypass Road, District President Subhash Gautam was sitting with some workers. He said that the public support has been received a lot in the election. He is confident of victory. He said that BSP is leading in Ramgarh, Rajpur, and Dinara assembly constituencies.

 

If we get even a little support from the people of Dumraon and Brahmapur assembly constituencies, then victory is certain. BSP district president said that the fight is only with RJD. BJP has been sidelined.

 

He said that candidate Anil Kumar had gone to Patna for some important work. He will come to Buxar on Monday evening. The workers are excited to prepare for the counting of votes on June 4.
