For the biggest gathering of faith Maha Kumbh, the railway will run 13 thousand trains in 45 days. There will be three thousand special trains. 10 thousand trains are regular. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, who arrived to take stock of the preparations for the Maha Kumbh, made this announcement first in Varanasi and then in Prayagraj on Sunday.

 

He said that four-ring rail circles have been formed for Prayagraj Maha Kumbh. These include Varanasi-Prayagraj, Prayagraj-Ayodhya, Ayodhya-Kashi and Prayagraj Circle. Special trains will be operated for Prayagraj from 50 cities in different states of the country.

 

The Railway Minister said that during the Maha Kumbh, Prayagraj will have direct connectivity from every corner of the country. During this time, reserved trains will run for Prayagraj from 50 cities including Chennai, and Mumbai, long distance. The Railway Minister said that this time another special arrangement is being made during the Maha Kumbh.

 

Passengers will be able to go from one direction to the other on the bridge so that there is no cross movement of passengers on the foot over the bridge built at the railway stations of Sangam city. This arrangement will be there at all stations. After the Prana Pratishtha ceremony held in Ayodhya last year, color coding was done at Ayodhya railway station given the crowd gathered there.

 

The same arrangement will be there at all the stations of Prayagraj as well. Passengers will reach the designated platform for directional travel according to the color code. Passenger shelters will also be of four different colors. For example, if a passenger has to go to Lucknow, he will have to enter from the blue shelter of the junction.

 

The passenger's ticket will also be blue in color. Blue-colored indicators will also be installed on the way from the shelter to the platform. The Railway Minister said that a total of 23 passenger shelters have been built at the stations of Sangam city.

 

Passengers will get tickets without standing in line.

 

During the Maha Kumbh, the railway will provide general tickets to the passengers without standing in line. Railway personnel will provide tickets to the passengers of their destination through mobile ticketing machines at the shelters and waiting rooms of all stations etc. Apart from this, passengers will also be able to get general tickets through the mobile app. 554 unreserved ticket counters have also been set up.

 

18 thousand RPF and GRP personnel will be deployed

18 thousand RPF and GRP personnel will be deployed during the Maha Kumbh Mela period. The number of RPF personnel in this will be eight thousand and the number of GRP personnel will be ten thousand. Apart from this, 13 thousand railway officers and employees are being deployed here from all over the country. There are a large number of employees who can speak Hindi, and English as well as South Indian, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati etc.

 

A booklet of 12 languages ​​prepared

During the Maha Kumbh, devotees will come to Prayagraj from many states. Among them, there will be many who do not know Hindi. For the convenience of such passengers, the railway administration has prepared a pocket booklet of 12 regional languages ​​including Tamil, Kannada, Oriya, Malayalam, and Marathi.

 

Reserved trains will come to Prayagraj from these long-distance cities.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will gift projects worth about seven thousand crores related to Maha Kumbh to the people of Prayagraj on 13th December. Preparations for his arrival have intensified. On one hand, tents have started being set up for the PM's public meeting at Sangam Nose, on the other hand, Nishadraj Cruise is being prepared to welcome him, on which he will reach Sangam from Arail. After the Ganga Puja here, he will stay in the public meeting for about an hour.

 

A shelter of 3000 capacity will be built in Ayodhya for the devotees of Maha Kumbh.

 

From January 13 to February 26, the scene after the Pran Pratishtha of Ramlala will be seen once again in Ramnagari. On special dates from the Maha Kumbh of Prayagraj, lakhs of devotees will reach here. For them, a shelter of 3000 capacity will be built by the Municipal Corporation. Many arrangements will be made for the stay of the people in it.
