A video has gone viral on the internet media only after the investigation into the suspicious death of Mahant Narendra Giri, president of Akhil Bharatiya Akhara Parishad and secretary of Niranjani Akhara, was handed over to the CBI. It is visible in this video that the fan on which Mahant Narendra Giri hanged himself with the help of a rope in the room of Shri Math Baghambari Gaddi in Allapur was running and the body of the Mahant was lying on the floor.

 

After the suspicious death of Mahant Narendra Giri in Prayagraj on Monday, a video is viral on the internet media. Now many questions are being raised about this video of one minute 45 seconds. In the video, Prayagraj range IG KP Singh and some police officers are also seen in Mahant's room. In this video, it is seen that the body of Mahant Narendra Giri is lying on the floor and the fan is also running, on which he allegedly committed suicide by hanging after hanging. This video is from the time when the police reached the room. It is seen in the video that the police officers are interrogating the disciples present in the monastery.

He also questioned about the running fan. On this, he asked Sumit standing there and he said that he had run the fan. KP Singh said that you should have brought down the body after informing the police.

 

The fan is seen running in this video. A piece of rope is stuck in the fan rod. Part of the yellow-colored nylon rope is seen getting stuck. The body of Mahant Narendra Giri was found hanging from a noose made from this rope. A piece of rope is seen stuck around the neck of Mahant Narendra Giri. Three parts of the rope are visible in the video. A part of the rope is stuck in the fan. The second part was around the neck of Mahant Narendra Giri and the third part was kept on the glass table in the room.

 

Significantly, the body of Mahant Narendra Giri was found in the room of his Math on Monday. Along with this, a suicide note was also found. Due to his death being suspicious, after the post-mortem on Wednesday, his body was buried in the monastery premises itself. In the suicide note, Mahant Narendra Giri had told the responsible of the death to his disciples Anand Giri, Aadya Tiwari, and Sandeep. After which the police have arrested all three. Now the investigation of this case has also been handed over to the CBI. The government had earlier formed an SIT in this case, but now the state government has recommended a CBI probe.
