Tractor rally started from Rahul Gandhi, Punjab in support of farmers
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is about to start a three-day 'Kheti Bachao Yatra' from Sunday in support of farmers of Punjab and Haryana against the new agricultural laws brought by the Modi government.
Moga district of Punjab has been the first stop for this journey. According to media reports, this Kisan Yatra will begin in Moga and will end in Haryana and this journey will be completed through tractors.
Speaking in Moga, Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu said, "The system which has failed in America and Europe, that system is being imposed on us." If Modi wants, then according to his law, other states should allow the capitalists to come here, but in Punjab, we will not allow Adani-Ambani to enter the agricultural sector. ''
A large number of farmers have been expected to participate in this rally. It has been told that about five thousand tractors will be involved in the rally. The Congress party has asked all its ministers, MLAs, and veteran leaders to be present.
Against these agricultural laws, the Shiromani Akali Dal, an ally of the Bharatiya Janata Party, had decided to break the alliance and break away from the central government. The Akali Dal also says that 'these laws are anti-farmer'.
Farmers' organizations have described these laws as anti-farmer. But the Modi government argues that the farmer is being led astray and that these laws will benefit the farmers.
Meanwhile, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar has said that in which state of the country, except Punjab, farmers are protesting? There are also happening because the opposition government is giving air to these demonstrations, otherwise farmers have stopped demonstrations everywhere. The fact is that farmers have welcomed the Modi government's agricultural bills.
At the same time, the BJP government of Haryana has said that the atmosphere of Haryana is not bad, therefore this visit of the Congress Party will not be allowed to enter the state.
