A low-pressure area is forming in the Bay of Bengal towards the northwest. Due to this, there is a possibility of heavy rain in the areas of Odisha and West Bengal adjoining the Ganges. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a rain alert in 20 states including Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh in the next 24 hours.

Madhya Pradesh: Monsoon will reach Indore-Bhopal by June 13-14
The Southwest Monsoon has entered Madhya Pradesh on Thursday via Betul, Chhindwara, Seoni, Balaghat, and Mandla.
