Madhya Pradesh CM Dr. Mohan Yadav, after taking oath on Wednesday morning, took charge of the ministry in the evening and then held the first cabinet meeting. After this, in his first press conference as CM, he shared information about the cabinet decisions. He also apologized to the journalists for arriving late. From the time Yadav assumed charge, a glimpse of Sanatan was visible in the decisions of the first cabinet. He directed to removal of illegal loud speakers from religious places and banned the sale of meat in the open. Announced to welcome Ram devotees going to the Ram temple program on 22 January. Along with this, to curb crimes in the state, instructions were given to cancel the bail of habitual criminals.

 

In the press conference, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav said that many decisions were taken today in the interest of the state. Guidelines have been issued for those running meat or egg shops in the open. CM Yadav said that if the bail of habitual criminals has been granted, he has given instructions to the Home Department to cancel it. Regarding noise pollution, instructions have been given to ban loudspeakers above the prescribed standards in religious places.

 

 

Excellence College in every district

CM said that it has been decided to create excellent colleges for the youth in every district. Prime Minister Excellence Colleges will be opened. 12 such colleges are being selected for next year. Such colleges will be opened in all 52 districts. By starting the DigiLocker facility in all universities, documents will be made available in one place.

 

Cyber Tehsil Project will be implemented in the entire state

The Cabinet has decided to implement the cyber tehsil system in all 55 districts of the state from January 1, 2024. The faceless system of application, name transfer, and record correction has been implemented in the state since June 2022. It has been named Cyber Tehsil. In this, after registration, undisputed transfer of name in favor of the buyer is done automatically through a faceless, paperless online process within 14 days without any application and without visiting the tehsil, and the buyer's name is also mentioned in the Khasra and map. goes. At present this system is applicable in 442 tehsils of 12 districts of the state. Through this, more than 16 thousand cases have been resolved so far.

 

Emphasis on speed and transparency

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has given instructions to speed up the functioning of departments and give priority to solving public problems by implementing a transparent system. In the meeting of the Council of Ministers today, Chief Minister Yadav told senior officials of the departments to develop a working system based on corruption-free good governance. Citizens should not have to worry about revenue and all other work.

Illegal loudspeakers will be stopped in religious places. The loudspeaker/DJ can be used only as per the prescribed criteria. There will be strictness on meat or egg shops in the open. Business can be done as per the rules. Prime Minister Excellence Colleges will be opened in every district. Where all types of courses can be taught under the new education policy. Digi locker will be arranged for degree and mark sheet. A secure data of the document will be created. All colleges and universities will be able to check it. Punitive action will be taken against habitual miscreants. If such criminals come out on bail, their bail will be canceled. It has been decided to increase the tendupatta bonus per bag from Rs 3,000 to Rs 4,000.
