On the other hand, Delhi Minister Saurabh Bhardwaj says the new criminal laws that I believe there is no flaw in the laws. The flaws are in their implementation, in the investigating agencies, the police do not act on those laws. I think there will be a lot of confusion for many years to come due to the new laws.

 

Bhardwaj said- Police arbitrariness will increase.

Bhardwaj said that a common citizen who has understood some laws with great difficulty will have difficulty in registering his case, getting the case registered under those sections under which the case is to be registered. I think this will increase the arbitrariness of the police.

 

On the other hand, after the implementation of three new criminal laws, Delhi Police Commissioner Sanjay Arora said that Delhi Police is ready to implement all three new laws. We have started registering FIRs under the new laws this morning.
