Petrol in Kolkata costs Rs 103.94 while diesel costs Rs 94.88 a liter. At the same time, in Chennai, petrol is Rs 100.75 a liter and diesel is Rs 96.26 a liter. The common man is also troubled by the wildly rising petrol prices.
