Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the first Arun Jaitley Memorial Lecture organized in memory of late BJP leader and former Union Minister Arun Jaitley on Friday. According to the PMO, in this lecture, Senior Minister of the Government of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam will deliver a speech on the main theme "Development through Inclusiveness, Inclusiveness through Growth". After the lecture, Mathias Corman, Secretary-General of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and Professor Arvind Panagariya of Columbia University will join a panel discussion.
