UP government gave 80 thousand crore rupees to sugarcane farmers
The PM said that the policy that India is following today regarding ethanol will also benefit the farmers of Uttar Pradesh. Biofuel produced from sugarcane and other food grains is becoming an important alternative to crude oil imported from abroad. The government of double engine is setting new records of procurement from farmers here. So far, about Rs, 80,000 crores have reached the bank accounts of the farmers of UP for the purchase of the produce. More than Rs 37,000 crore has been deposited in the bank accounts of UP farmers from PM Kisan Samman Nidhi.
There is energy in every particle of UP: PM Modi
PM Modi said that this is a land whose history is timeless, whose contribution is timeless. Lord Rama incarnated on this land, Lord Shri Krishna incarnated. Of the 24 of Jainism, 18 Tirthankaras had incarnated in Uttar Pradesh itself. If you look at the medieval period, Yugnayak like Tulsidas and Kabirdas was also born on this soil. This state has also got the privilege of giving birth to a social reformer like Sant Ravidas. UP is a state where there are pilgrimages every step of the way, and there is energy in every particle.
PM Modi said that the work of penning the Vedas and Puranas was done in Naimisharanya here. Our glorious Sikh Guru tradition also has a deep connection with UP. The 'Guru Ka Taal' Gurdwara in Agra is still a witness to the glory of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, his valor where he challenged Aurangzeb.
UP has the highest number of prime ministers
PM Modi said that new roads, new rail routes, new medical colleges, infrastructure related to electricity and water can be developed at a fast pace. PM Modi said that the central government has started another scheme that is going to open a new door of prosperity in rural areas of UP in the future. The name of this scheme is- PM Swamitva Yojana. Under this, the work of giving the ownership documents of the houses of the village has been started.

PM Modi said that with the formation of Government Medical College in Kushinagar, you have now got a new treatment facility. The border areas of Bihar will also get its benefit. From here many young people will be able to fulfill their dream of becoming a doctor.
PM Modi encouraged the poor
He said that when basic facilities are available, then the courage to dream big and the spirit to fulfill the dreams are born. When slum dwellers get a pucca house, toilet, electricity, gas connection in the house, water comes from the tap, then the confidence of the poor increases manifold.
