On this occasion, PM Modi released books on education and skills in 12 Indian languages and also released the first installment of funds under the PMShri scheme.
According to a senior official of the Union Ministry of Education, the first installment of funds was released to selected government schools under the PMShri scheme. These schools will provide education to the students in such a way that they become contributing citizens in building an equitable, inclusive, and pluralistic society as envisaged in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
