On November 2, the President will inaugurate newly constructed government schools, and roads constructed under PM Gram Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) and Kohima Super Market. Apart from this, she will also meet ministers at Raj Bhavan. At the same time, the Chief Minister will attend the state banquet in the residential complex. After this, on Thursday, President Murmu Kohima will pay tribute at the war burial site and visit Kigwema, the oldest Angami community village in the state. Where she will interact with village council members and self-help group members.
On the same day, she will attend the 17th convocation of Mizoram University in Aizawl and inaugurate various education-related projects in the state of Mizoram, the statement said. In the evening, the President will also attend a felicitation ceremony organized in her honor by the Mizoram government at the Raj Bhavan in Aizawl.
On November 4, President Murmu will address the members of the Mizoram Legislative Assembly in Aizawl. On the same day, she will attend a felicitation ceremony organized by the Sikkim government in her honor and inaugurate/lay the foundation stone for various central and state government projects, the statement said. The President will interact with women achievers and self-help group members at Tathagata Tsal, Ravongala, before returning to Delhi on November 5.
