On Friday, Allahabadia's lawyer Abhinav Chandrachud requested an urgent listing of the case. When Chandrachud said that Assam Police had summoned Allahabadia to join the investigation during the day, Chief Justice Sanjeev Khanna said that I had fixed the bench. The matter will come up (before the bench) in two-three days.

 

Statement given on parents and intimate relations

 

Let us tell you that podcaster Allahabadia's comments on parents and intimate relations on comedian Samay Raina's YouTube show 'India's Got Latent' created controversy and several FIRs were registered against him and others in different parts of the country. Apart from Allahabad and Raina, the case registered in Assam also names Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Makhija.

 

A report has also been filed in Jaipur against Allahabadia, Raina, and others. Jai Rajputana Sangh has lodged this report in the cyber police station. Meanwhile, Maharashtra Cyber ​​Cell has called Ranveer Allahabadia to record his statement on February 24.

 

Called for investigation on February 24

An official said that earlier the cyber cell had asked Allahabadia to appear, but he did not come. Now he has been called again to join the investigation on February 24. According to ANI, Samay Raina was not allowed to record his statement through video conference.

 

Raina will also have to record the statement.

Maharashtra Cyber ​​Cell has rejected Raina's request in this regard. Raina had said that he is currently in the US and will not be able to return to India before March 17 due to prior commitments. But, the Maharashtra Cyber ​​Cell has asked Raina to record his statement in person on February 18.

 

The National Commission for Women also issued a summons.

The Women's Commission said that Ranveer Allahabadia, Samay Raina, Apoorva Makhija, Ashish Chanchlani, and other YouTubers have failed to appear in person in connection with the India's Got Latent Show controversy. These people were asked to appear before the commission on February 17.
