Bharatiya Kisan Sangh (BKS) will protest against the central government at Delhi's Ramlila Maidan on Monday in protest against not fulfilling its demands. This organization is associated with RSS. ‌BKS has been angry with the government regarding its demands for a long time.

 

Some of the demands of farmer organizations are that all agricultural produce should be made GST-free, the amount of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi should be increased in proportion to the increased cost of cultivation, apart from subsidy in grains, financial assistance should be given to farmers through DBT. . Help should also be given for irrigation and river link projects. BKS has demanded to give more money for this purpose.

 

22000 hots should be developed

BKS has been making many other demands including promoting organic farming in the country as well as increasing the income of farmers for many days. These include the demand to develop 22,000 haats in the Gramin Krishi Bazar (Village).

 

Along with this, the Kisan Credit Card is demanding to increase the limit from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 10 lakh, to give cardholders a license to set up micro-processing food units without the need for a certificate from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Getting an FSSAI certificate is a long and challenging process.

Bhartiya Kisan Sangh says that the government already has the data of Kisan Credit Card holders. Based on this, farmers should be given a license to become businessmen. There is no need to take any separate certificate for this.

 

Many vehicles will reach Delhi

Kisan Garjana rally of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh is being organized. There is a possibility of 50 to 55 thousand farmers and other people attending this rally. Farmers will come in about 700 to 800 buses and 4000 private vehicles. Due to this, traffic is likely to be affected on a large scale in Ramlila Maidan and surrounding areas from 11 am to 6 pm. In such a situation, the Delhi Traffic Police has advised the people of Delhi to avoid coming towards Ramlila Maidan.
