At the same time, strong winds will reach the San Francisco Bay Area and the Central Coast to the south by Saturday and Sunday. The southern Oregon area may also experience severe weather. In addition to heavy rain, up to 2 feet (60 cm) of snow is also expected in the Sierras over the weekend.
