Raut further says in his speech that Putin, Biden, and Charles are asking who is this Uddhav Thackeray who is not giving up on Modi and is fighting Eknath Shinde. Raut further said that the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is also asking why PM Modi did not meet Uddhav before.

Raut was making fun of Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde's statement in which Shinde claims that Bill Clinton was inquiring about him. 'Bill Clinton asked him how much Eknath Shinde works when he eats and when he sleeps.'
