New Delhi: While unlocking the Corona crisis, the Central Government has permitted to open schools and colleges across the country. After the Central Guidelines for opening school-colleges from September 21, now the state governments have also started making rules and regulations to open schools. Under the central guidelines, children from class 9th to 12th can go to school with written permission from their parents. Several state governments, including Jharkhand, Haryana, have started preparing to open schools in a phased manner, while some governments are still confused about this.
Haryana
The Haryana government has planned to open the school from 21 September. Haryana Education Minister Kanwar Pal Singh Gujjar says that the state is ready to open schools once again. The budget has been allocated to sanitize the schools. However, in the Karnal and Sonepat districts, the state government has earlier said that only schools for classes 10 and 12 will be opened.
Jharkhand
The Jharkhand government is also in favor of opening schools amid the epidemic. Keeping in mind the guidelines of the Home Ministry, the first class 10th and 12th classes will start here. The education minister of Jharkhand Vaidyanath Mahato says that children's education is suffering. He told, 'We have come to know from a survey that only 27 percent of the online class students in urban areas can take advantage. This figure is even worse in rural areas. Some children do not even have a mobile connection. '
Andra Pradesh
Schools are also opening in Andhra Pradesh from 21 September. Here 50 percent teaching and 50 percent non-teaching staff can be called in the school. Any student from class 9 to 12 can go to school and study after the written permission of their parents.
Uttar Pradesh
In Uttar Pradesh, schools and colleges can be opened keeping in mind the guidelines of the Central Government. Although UP Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma said that the condition of Corona in the state will be monitored until September 15, only then it will be decided whether schools will be opened or not.
At present, classes are being run through Doordarshan UP for 10th, 12th, and Swayambha channel for 9th, 11th class. The timetable of the class is fixed every week. At the same time, classes are being run for children up to the 8th through WhatsApp group or any other means.
Schools will remain closed in Delhi
