New Delhi: While unlocking the Corona crisis, the Central Government has permitted to open schools and colleges across the country. After the Central Guidelines for opening school-colleges from September 21, now the state governments have also started making rules and regulations to open schools. Under the central guidelines, children from class 9th to 12th can go to school with written permission from their parents. Several state governments, including Jharkhand, Haryana, have started preparing to open schools in a phased manner, while some governments are still confused about this.
Haryana

The education minister of Jharkhand Vaidyanath Mahato says that children's education is suffering. He told, 'We have come to know from a survey that only 27 percent of the online class students in urban areas can take advantage. This figure is even worse in rural areas. Some children do not even have a mobile connection. '
Andra Pradesh

Although UP Deputy Chief Minister Dinesh Sharma said that the condition of Corona in the state will be monitored until September 15, only then it will be decided whether schools will be opened or not.
At present, classes are being run through Doordarshan UP for 10th, 12th, and Swayambha channel for 9th, 11th class. The timetable of the class is fixed every week. At the same time, classes are being run for children up to the 8th through WhatsApp group or any other means.
