Temple Vandalised: The audacity of the miscreants in Canada, once again targeted the temple; wrote anti-India slogans.

Once again a Hindu temple has been targeted in Canada. Anti-India slogans have been written on a temple in Edmonton. The Hindu American Foundation said that anti-India slogans were written on the BAPS Swaminarayan temple early in the morning. In this, a Canadian MP of Indian origin Chandra Arya was attacked.

 

Resentment among the people

The Hindu American Foundation has shared a picture of this on the social media platform X. The post read, 'The Canadian Hindu Chamber of Commerce has confirmed that the BAPS temple in Edmonton, Canada has been targeted freshly. Arya, one of the few Hindu MPs in the House of Commons of Canada, has been threatened. This has angered all the people.'

 

BAPS Swaminarayan temple vandalized again in Edmonton

MP Chandra Arya said that incidents of vandalism in Hindu temples are increasing continuously in Canada. He further wrote, 'The BAPS Swaminarayan temple in Edmonton was vandalized again. During the last few years, Hindu temples in the Greater Toronto Area, British Columbia, and other places in Canada have been vandalized with anti-India slogans.'

 

Khalistani extremists given a free hand

 

Liberal MP Arya, known for his advocacy on multicultural issues, pointed to the freedom given to Khalistani extremists in Canada. He said, 'As I have always been saying, Khalistani extremists easily get away with their public rhetoric of hatred and violence. I want to repeat it. Hindu Canadians are upset. I again call upon the law enforcement agencies of Canada to take this issue seriously. Before this rhetoric turns into attacks against Hindu Canadians.'
