What did Rakesh Bedi say about Akshaye Khanna?

In a conversation with Hindustan Times, Rakesh Bedi said, "Akshaye has always been in the game. He never left it. Our films keep releasing, some do moderately well, some do very well, but that doesn't mean he's out of the industry."

Rakesh Bedi was overjoyed with the success of Dhurandhar.

Aditya Dhar's film Dhurandhar has joined the list of highest-grossing films. The movie has grossed over ₹800 crore at the domestic box office, while the worldwide collection has crossed ₹1200 crore. Rakesh expressed his happiness over the film's success. He said, "Success like this comes once in a lifetime. Look at Baahubali, for example.  Despite many attempts, Prabhas couldn't replicate that success again."

He further added, "Every actor and director waits for such a wave in their career, and sometimes many people never get it. You can't put a name to this kind of success. For example, you can't categorise the success of the Hollywood film The Godfather."
