UNSC: Mumbai 26/11 Survivor Nurse Anjali shared her grief, and said- Kasab had no regrets about the attack

Anjali Kulthe, the staff nurse who saved many lives in the 26/11 Mumbai attack, shared her grief with the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) on Thursday. She told the UNSC that when she met jailed Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab, she did not regret her actions at all.

 

Addressing the 'United Nations Security Council Meeting: Global Approach to Terrorism: Challenges and the Way Forward' via video link, Kulthe shared the fears of the attack victims. Kulthe, who was working as a staff nurse at the Cama and Allbless Hospital for Women and Children at the time of the attack, told members of the Security Council that she had met Kasab in jail after he was captured alive. was.

 

 

Kulthe saw two terrorists, including Kasab, enter the hospital through the gate and shoot the security guards. Let us tell you that 10 terrorists of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba attacked five important places in Mumbai simultaneously with guns and bombs. 166 people were killed and more than 300 people were injured in these attacks.

 

Lashkar terrorists had targeted Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus railway station, businesses, and the residential complex of Nariman House, Cama Hospital, Leopold Cafe, Oberoi-Trident Hotel, and Taj Hotel and Tower at five places in Mumbai. Earlier, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar thanked Kulthe for sharing her memories of the cost of human lives paid by terrorism and described her as a brave victim of the 26/11 attack.

 

Anjali Vijay Kulthe, a nurse at Albless Hospital, had saved the lives of 20 pregnant women in the midst of firing by the terrorists of the attack. In UNSC Kulthe said that I was called to identify Ajmal Kasab, he laughed and said that I had correctly identified him and it was only Ajmal Kasab. Even after killing so many people, there was no remorse on his face. Anjali Kulthe said that Knight was on duty during the 26/11 attack.
