Veer guardian 2023: For the first time, India's women's power will roar outside the country, and women pilots will participate in the exercise

For the first time, women fighter pilots of the Indian Air Force will participate in an exercise outside the country. She will be part of the Indian contingent in the exercise to be held in Japan.

 

In the past, these women pilots have participated in maneuvers with contingents of foreign forces visiting India apart from the French Air Force. However, this is the first time that she will be showing off her fighting skills in a foreign land.

 

According to the information, Squadron Leader Avani Chaturvedi, one of the first three women pilots of the Air Force, will soon leave for Japan to participate in the exercise. Avni is a fighter pilot of SU-30MKI. Avni's batchmate Squadron Leader Bhawna Kand termed the SU-30MKI as the deadliest and best platform equipped with Indian weapons.

 

Exercise will start on January 16

According to the information received from the Air Force, the 10-day exercise 'Veer Guardian 2023' will be conducted from January 16 to January 26 at Hyakuri Air Base in Omitama and its surrounding airfields and Iruma Air Base in Sayama.
