Weather Update: There is a possibility of severe heat in six states including Delhi, read the forecast of the Meteorological Department before leaving the house

The scorching heat is occurring in large parts of the country including the capital Delhi. From the mountains to the plains in North India, and in Central India, the situation is worse due to heat waves. An 'Orange Alert' has been issued by the Meteorological Department regarding the scorching heat in Delhi and other adjoining areas.

 

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), heat wave conditions will prevail over Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and parts of Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan. According to the Meteorological Department, due to the active western disturbance, there will be some relief from June 11.

 

IMD Senior Scientist RK Jenamani said that along with Orange Alert in Delhi, a severe heat wave is prevailing in parts of Haryana, Punjab, Delhi, UP, and Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan since June 4. The temperature varies between 44°-47°, which will last for two more days. He said that we are advising people to step out with caution as it is getting hot.

 

According to Skymet Weather, even today the sun will rain fire, and heat in different parts of Delhi NCR, Punjab, Uttarakhand, West Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Jharkhand. In the last 24 hours, heat wave conditions prevailed over large parts of Punjab, Uttarakhand, West Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, East Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, and Jharkhand.

 

Yellow Alert for Delhi NCR

 

In some areas of Delhi NCR, the mercury is crossing 45 degrees, so the Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert. This means that you should come out of the house only when necessary and if you leave, then with the arrangements for protection from heat.

 

IMD scientist RK Jenamani has said that the maximum temperature in Delhi will remain in the range of 44 to 46 degrees for the next few days. A new Western Disturbance may bring some relief on Saturday and Sunday.

 

Heatwave alert issued in Himachal

 

In Himachal Pradesh, a heat wave alert has been issued in Una, Mandi, Kangra, Hamirpur, Bilaspur, Sirmaur, and Solan on June 8 and 9. There is also a possibility of rain in some places for two days.

 

The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for thunderstorms and lightning in all the districts except Lahaul Spiti, Una, Hamirpur, Solan, and Sirmaur on June 10 and 11. There is a chance of rain in some places.

 

Weather will be rough in Punjab

 

In Punjab, the weather will be rough again on Wednesday and the temperature will increase. According to the Meteorological Center Chandigarh, the heat wave will prevail and the mercury has increased due to hot winds. For the next five days, people's problems will increase and the temperature is not expected to decrease.

 

Severe heat wave continues in Uttarakhand

 

The scorching heat continues in Uttarakhand. According to the Meteorological Center, the weather will remain dry in the state even today. The heat wave is likely to continue with bright sunshine.

 

The day temperature can remain around 41 degrees Celsius at some places in the plains. At the same time, the heat will remain in the mountainous areas as well.
