I'll Never Forget

I can't tell you how much my heart hurts every day.

It's full of anger, pain, and regrets that I can't make go away.

 

I'll never forget the day they took you away.

The look on your face, too much to embrace.

 

I keep going back to that horrible day.

If only there was something I could do to make it all go away.

 

I hope you know not a day goes by that I don't think of you.

I pray that you're okay with each passing day.

 

I'd give anything to tell you one more time that

I love you more than all the stars in the sky.
